Supination is the opposite of pronation and is a lot less common. When weight bearing, supination is an outward rotation of the hind foot, a lifting of the mid-foot, and an inward swing of the forefoot. All characteristics are associated more with the high arched foot.

Shoe Recommendations:

Running: 1123, 1064, 883, 587.  Note: 1123, 587 good for heavier runners, 1064, 883 good for lighter runners.

Walking: 977, 967, 927, 811

Cross-Training: 1010, 855

Court: 804
