This condition involves pain, burning, or tingling on the top of the forefoot in the web spaces behind the toes, usually the third or fourth web space. The nerves that serve these toes become pinched or restricted.

Shoe Recommendations: Metatarsal padding is a must, along with a Stability Web and an SL-2 Last, which permits the forefoot to splay or spread.
